在新的网络环境和条件下,公益性仍是中小型公共图书馆的根本属性。中小型公共图书馆应当积极发挥其优势职能,实现可持续发展。
In the new networkization enviroment and condition, the characteristic of public welfare is the essential characteristic of middle and small libraries yet. The middle and small libraries should discharge their functions for sustainable development.
