As the market com-petitions getting more and more furious, corporations have little space to con- trol price and cost. Therefore, controlling the manufacturing cost and enforcing corporations’ competition power are highlighted by world ship manufacturers. The cost control based on opera- tion management is an appropriate way to achieve this goal.
