摘要
经测定与评价,酸藤子叶(ELL)粗蛋白(2·6%(FW)、总酸0·87%(FW)等含量丰富,含有17种氨基酸,EAA/TAA高达40·5%,与标准蛋白的贴近度为0·7402,限制性氨基酸为(Met+Cys),矿物质元素多样,配比合理,Ca、Fe、Co、Se等元素含量尤为突出。此外,VC含量98μg/g(FW)、总黄酮含量2·76%(DW),ELL在饲料加工、食品工业与医药等领域有潜在的开发利用价值。
The nutrient content of Embelia laeta leaf (ELL) was analyzed. It was found that ELL was rich in crude protein (2.6 % FW), total acid (0.87 % FW), amino acid (17 kinds) and EAA/TAA ratio was 40.5; The similarity of the standard protein was up to 0. 740 2, limiting amino acid was (Met + Cys). Inorganic elements of ELL were also found to be abundant especially in Ca, Fe, Co, Se. In addition, Vitamin c content was 9.80rag/ 100g·FW, flavonoid was up to 2.76 % · DW, ELL should have the potential exploitation and utilization value in the animal feed, food production and medication fields.
