摘要
目的：探讨足三里穴位注射黄芪液对慢性住院精神分裂症患者T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法：于穴位注射前、注射4周末、注射8周末对上述各免疫指标进行检测，并与健康组比较；注射前、后行PANSS量表评定及行相关因素分析。结果：SP组CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05～0．01）。注射前后自身比较差异显著（P〈0．05～0．01）。组间比较发现Ⅰ型组和氯氮平组的CD8^＋、氯丙嗪组CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值上升明显（P均〈0．05）。IgA注射前低于对照组；注射前后差异显著（P〈0．05）。IgG、IgM注射前高于对照组，注射后未见改善。注射前后精神症状无改善。结论：T淋巴细胞亚群检测对了解SP免疫状态有价值；足三里注射黄苠液对改善慢性精神分裂症免疫低下作用明显。
Objective：To explore the effect of Milkvetch Root liquid being injected in Foot Three Li on the T lymph - cell subgroup and immunoglobulin. Methods：The immune index was measured before injection, at the end of 4weeks, and at the end of 8 weeks, while compared with the healthy controls. The PANSS was evaluated before and after injection, and then the concerned factors were analyzed. Results： In schizophrenic group the CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ and the rate of CD4^＋/CD8 ^＋ were all significantly lower than that the control group（P 〈0.05 -0.01 ）. The differences in the same group were significant before and after injection（P 〈0.05 -0. 01 ）. Among the different group we found the CD8 ^＋ in the Ⅰ type group and clozapine group, the rate of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the chlorpromazinc group. Before injection the IgA was lower compared with the control group, the difference was significant before and after the injection（P 〈0.05）. Before in injection, the IgG and IgM were higher than that control group. The differences were not changed after injection. The mental symptoms were not improved after injection. Conclusions： T lymph - cell subgroup was valuable to know the immune conditions of schizophrenic patients. The effect of Milkvetch Root liquid being injected in Foot Three Li on the improvement of immune decrease in the chronic schizophrenic patients.
