摘要
创建自有品牌已成为超市重要的赢利渠道。本文通过分析我国创建超市自有品牌的有利条件和不利条件,提出了强化供应链管理思想、增强自有品牌意识,加大宣传力度、加强质量监管和专业人才培养等对策。
It has become a very important profit channel for a supermarket to establish it's private brand. On the basis of analyzing the favorable and unfavorable eonditions of establishing supermarkets' private brand, the article has put forward several countermeasures such. as intensifying the supply chain management (SCM), building up the sense of private brand, increasing the effectiveness of advertisement, enhancing the quality control and cultivating the professional skill etc.
