改革是发展的动力,是培育和增强河南经济发展软实力的唯一路径。改革是一项社会系统工程。要加快河南经济发展,必须在政治、经济、文化等社会各个领域深化改革,各级党委政府、各级党政干部都要积极投身改革。
Reform is the driving force of development and the unique way to cultivating and enhancing the economic developing soft strength of Henan province ; still,it is a social system engineering. In order to accelerate the economy development of Henan province,it is necessary to deepen reform in the fields of politics,economy, culture, etc;and that the governments, Party committees ,cadres at various levels actively carry out reform.
