摘要 为了实现磁铁精矿的无碳烧结,从质量、保护气氛(N2)和Fe3O4添加量对磁铁精矿微波烧结的影响3个方面进行了研究.结果表明:采用相同试样碱度(CaO/SiO2=2.5)和微波加热条件(1 000 W、2.45 GHz、20 m in),试样中心温度会随着试样质量增加而逐渐降低;在相同的微波加热条件下,采用保护气氛,同无保护气氛相比,同一试样的温度没有提高;相同微波加热条件下加热同碱度(CaO/SiO2=2.5)的磁铁精矿试样100 g,试样中Fe3O4添加量越多,微波烧结过程中液相出现得越少,越不利于磁铁精矿的烧结. With the goal of the sintering of magnetite concentrates without carbon, the ettect ot quauty, inert atmosphere and Fe3O4 addition on microwave sintering of magnetite concentrates is studied. It is shown that: With the same basicity ( CaO/SiO2 = 2.5 ) and microwave heating condition( 1000W ,2.45GHz,20min) ,the centre temperature decreaseds with a increasing sample mass; There is no great difference between with and without inert atmosphere in microwave sintering of magnetite in a same microwave heating condition. When 100g sample ( CaO/SiO2 =2.5) is heated by microwave irradiation( 1000W ,2.45GHz,20min) , the more Fe3O4 is added, the less liquid phase is produced, which is bad for microwave sintering of magnetite concentrate.
