摘要
以医院公益化服务目标为出发点,以实现医疗服务价值链管理目标为基础,对医疗服务价值链的成本管理过程中的优化决策、目标确定和控制分析的方法及手段进行了探讨,提出了基于医疗服务价值链管理的成本管理新的思路和方法。
The author discussed the medical service value chain cost management process optimized decision-making, the goal determined, the control analysis based on the hospital public welfare service goal as in the starting point foundation, put forward the new mentality and the method based on the management of the medical service value chain.
