摘要
在对我国医疗服务质量监督管理组织体系和监督管理手段进行调查的基础上,分析了我国医疗服务质量监督管理方面存在的主要问题,提出了理顺政府职能、完善医疗服务质量的外部监督管理体系,加强对医疗服务的准入管理、过程规范和结果评价,推行医疗机构服务质量认证等建议。
The authors have summarized the main quality problems in the field of medical treatment in China. By investigating the medical quality supervision systems and the supervision measures, the author pointed out the main problems existing in the process of our Medical quality supervision. Accordingly, to solve these problems, the authors propose that there should be a transition in the function of the government, meliorating the external supervision system, reinforcing the admittance management, process standardization and quality appraisal, carrying out quality identification in medical service organizations.
