摘要
磨料流加工技术是机械光整加工中新发展起来的一项新工艺、新技术。简要介绍了磨料流加工技术研究的现状和基本机理,并在此基础上对磨料流加工技术的研究进行了展望,首次提出了磨料流加工虚拟技术的概念。
In this paper,the history and basic mechanism of AFM are introduced briefly. Literature review about AFM is summarized then. Finally the prospect of AFM research is discussed. And the new concept——AFM virtual technology to solve the optimal design of the tooling used in AFM and other problems about AFM is proposed at the first time.
