摘要
GDL-1钢是一种新型微变形贝氏体钢,通过对GDL-1钢渗碳后采用不同冷速冷却到室温,测量不同冷速的变形量,并结合有限元模拟不同条件下温度场的方法研究了GDL新材料的变形特性和规律。结果表明,GDL-1钢通过空冷降低渗碳后的冷速,内外温差减小、热应力减小,相变时发生贝氏体转变,对减小变形具有重要作用。
The GDL - 1 steel is a new bainitic micro - distortion carburizing steel. Based on many carburizing and quenching experiments, the quenching distortion rule, and simulated temperature fields of different quenching condition have been explored by computer modeling. The result indicates, The GDL steel reduces the temperature grads after the air cooling, as well as the bainitic transformation. This will play a vital role to reduce the distortion.
