介绍了扁管带式输送机的性能、特点、结构,运用微元成形法对扁管带式输送机过渡段进行成形分析,推导出过渡曲线的成形公式,给出了输送带过渡段的空间仿真图像,可为过渡段的受力分析及托辊的布置提供理论依据。
Introduces function and characters of flat - pipe belt type conveyor, applies differential dements shaping theory to carry on the shaping analysis of transition segment, and deduces shaping formula on transition segment of flat - pipe belt conveyor. Shows the space simulation image and provides theoretical dependence for the disposal of rollers on transition segment.
