摘要
新世纪的中国高等教育已进入大众化阶段。原学籍管理规定是计划经济体制下制定的,存在着许多弊端,已不能适应新时期人才培养的要求。应对教育部新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的出台,从分析新、旧学籍管理规定入手,对新升本科院校在新形势下如何加强学籍管理工作提出了一些思考。
China＇s higher education is being popularized in the new century. The former regulations of school roll, formulated under the planned-economy-system, are not in a position to satisfy the personnel training under new circumstances. In response to the new ＂Regulations of Student Administration in Colleges and Universities＂, this paper puts forward some considerations on how to strengthen the school roll administration in newly colleges, by means of a comparison between the new and old regulations of school roll.
