摘要
诚实信用由基本的道德规范逐渐演变为一项基本的法律原则,是社会发展过程中由于其作为道德规范调整社会关系的局限性所致国家的必然选择。作为法律原则,其在规范社会活动主体的行为、平衡各方利益方面具有重要的作用,有利于社会的和谐稳定发展。
That honesty and faithfulness has transmitted from moral regulations to abasic legal principle is an inevitable choice made by the country because of its limitations of adjusting social relations. As a legal principle, it plays important roles in regulating social subjects＇ behaviors and balancing respective interests, which benefits the social harmonious and stable development.
