摘要
探讨了光电探测器的激光损伤的判别,并对光电探测器的激光损伤阈值的测量设计了相应的实验测量方案,采用该实验方案测量光电探测器的激光损伤阈值,其准确性将大大提高,同时定性分析了激光损伤阈值测量误差产生的原因。
Judgements on the laser induced damagement of electrophotonic detector are discussed, a set experiment scheme which can measure the laser damage threshold of electrophotonic detector is designed, adopting this experiment scheme will improve the experiment accuracy, at the same time generated reason of measurement errors have been qualitative analyzed.
