摘要
介绍了以现有CAD三维造型系统为技术平台,开发计算机辅助飞机公差设计模块,实现基于装配尺寸链的产品公差分析和分配的计算机辅助设计方法。给出了在UG平台上实现计算机辅助公差设计模块的开发方案以及利用该模块进行飞机装配部件公差设计的运行实例。
A method of computer-aided design which takes the existing 3D CAD mould system as a technical platform to develop the computer-aided aircraft tolerance design module and to implement product tolerance analysis and distribution based on assembly dimension chain is introduced. A development plan of computer-aided tolerance design module on UG platform is presented. An example for tolerance design of aircraft assembly part is given by using this module.
