摘要
依据知识工程理论,并结合冲压工艺,对连续拉深工艺传统设计方法进行了研究。以带凸缘筒形件为例,建立了基于UG/KF知识融合的连续拉深工艺辅助设计系统。采用优化方法对各道次拉深系数进行了合理分配。系统充分利用了UG强大的二次开发功能优势,以Menuscript和UIStyler进行程序界面开发CDCAPP,对提高连续拉深工艺技术具有一定的应用价值。
This article studies the traditional design method of progressive drawing process according to the knowledge engineering theory combined with punch process. The computer assistant design system based on UG/UK has been developed talaing cylinder with flange as an example. Drawing rates has been optimized. This system designs interface by the function of Menuscript and UIStyler making full use of the advantage of the powerful second utility function of UG. It has a practical value on improving the technology of crust continuous deep drawing.
