摘要
研究了C194合金变形与固溶时效热处理工艺条件对其组织性能的影响。研究结果表明:热轧的C194合金,经过850℃固溶、500℃时效处理及二次冷变形后,材料具有较高的力学性能和导电性能,经检测合金材料的抗拉强度达538.5MPa,电导率为81.8%IACS。
This paper is about construction and characteristics of C194, which are effected by heat-treatment of solution and aging. The result shows that with the solution temperature of 850℃ and aging temperature of 500℃ and two times cold rolling, the strip has a quite good mechanical features and electric conductivity. The tensile strength of strip is 538. 5 MPa, and the electric conductivity is 81.8%IACS.
