摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊对角叉菜胶所致大鼠尾部血栓长度的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组、模型对照组、阿司匹林组、通心络组、每组各12只。灌胃时间1个月,除正常对照组外,其他3组均用角叉菜胶构建尾部血栓模型,观察不同时间的黑尾长度,抽血查抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)活性、D-二聚体含量、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量。结果通心络组黑尾长度显著减少;AT-Ⅲ活性和D-二聚体含量增加。结论通心络胶囊有减轻角叉菜胶所致的大鼠尾部血栓形成的作用,其机制为AT-Ⅲ依赖性抗凝和增强继发性纤溶作用。
Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of Tongxinluo on the thrombus caused by carrageenan in rats, Methods Forty - eight rats were randomly allocated into four groups: The normal control group, the model control group, the aspirin group and the Tongxinluo group. There were 12 rats in each group. After feeding drugs through stomach for one month, tail thrombus models were established by carrageenan in rats except the normal control group, The black tail length, the activ of AT - Ⅲ, the content of D - dimer, the content of IL- 1β, IL- 6 and TNF - α were examined at different time. Results The black tail length in the Tongxinluo group reduced significantly, and the activeness of AT- Ⅲ and the content of D- dimer increased. Conclusion Tongxinluo could reduce the thrombus length caused by carrageenan in rats, and its mechanism was to enhance AT Ⅲ - dependent anticoagulation and the secondary fibrinolytic function.
