基于多体模型的汽车万向传动仿真研究

摘要 虚拟试验是利用虚拟现实技术进行的仿真试验。利用逆向重构技术,采用三维实体建模软件PRO/ENGINEER与机械系统动理学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了汽车等速万向传动装置的虚拟样机模型;在不同的输入条件下对该万向传动系统进行了大量的运动学仿真。仿真结果与物理实验结果吻合较好,表明应用PRO/ENGINEER软件和ADAMS软件相结合的CAD/CAE分析系统能够对万向传动装置的运动状态进行有效地分析。其研究结果为虚拟试验技术在车辆工程中的实际应用提供了参考。具有一定的应用价值。 Virtual test is the emulator tests which by use of the virtual fact technology. Making use of the adverse reconstructing technology. Adopting PRO/engineering software and ADAMS software to set up an automotive uniform velocity universal drive device virtual model. Doing lots of emulator tests for the universal drive system under different conditions. Emulator result fully conforms to the physical test result that proves the combined CAD/CAE analysis system by PRO/ENGINEERING and ADAMS could analyze for the universal drive device motion effectively. The research results offer some reference for the virtual test technology in the practical application of the vehicle engineering and are valuable in fact.
