摘要
采用锰黄铜或铝青铜铸造的大型海船螺旋桨在海水中工作时容易产生应力腐蚀裂纹和腐蚀疲劳裂纹。该裂纹的修复一般采用氩弧焊,在焊接前应进行裂纹的探伤,做出是否可以补焊的判断,焊接时要做好焊接准备、执行严格的工艺操作,焊后应进行相应的处理,以确保螺旋桨的力学性能和形状。
Stress corrosion cracking and fatigue corrosion cracking are easily seen in ship propeller made of copper alloy for working in seawater. Argon arc welding is generally adopted for repairing the crack. The flaw must be detected to judge the possibility of repairing, then good preparation, strictly welding and corresponding treatment after welding are carried out in order to insure the mechanical properties and dimensions of propeller.
