摘要
为消除液体火箭发动机地面试验中的稳态测量参数测量信号中各种噪声和干扰的影响,减少测量数据试验偏差,保证试验数据的正常使用,针对液体火箭发动机地面试验的压力、流量、转速、温度等分析了相邻算术平均法、Savitzky-Golay滤波器、FFT低通滤波器和小波降噪方法对试验数据的处理效果,提出了运用小波分析的方法处理液体火箭发动机地面试验稳态测量参数数据,给出了小波降噪的模型和处理步骤。结果表明,小波分析方法能够同时完成稳态过程和工况变化时刻的测量数据分析处理,非常适合液体火箭发动机的试验数据处理。
To eliminate the influence of noise and disturbance on the steady measurement parameters in ground test for liquid propellant rocket engine and to reduce the test data errors as well as to provide reliable and creditable test data for engine design and application departments, the ground test measurement data should be filtered and de-noised. On the basis of analysis for test data characteristics of steady for measurement parameters such as pressure, flow rate, rotating speed and temperature for liquid propellant rocket engine ground test, this paper puts forward exert wavelet analysis to deal with the steady measurement parameter data, and proposes the wavelet de-noising model and the data processing approach. The results demonstrate that the wavelet analysis method can fulfill the test data processing in the test steady stage and operation condition change stage. It is very suitable for the test data processing for liquid propellant rocket engine ground test.
