摘要
水下航行器壳体主要采用环肋加强设计稳定性,环肋设计的好坏直接影响水下航行器的性能。本文考虑有关设计参量所具有的随机性和模糊性,将遗传算法、可靠性设计和模糊数学有机地结合起来,建立了基于遗传算法的环肋模糊可靠性优化设计模型,在给定可靠度要求的条件下对水下航行器壳体不同类型的环肋进行了结构优化。通过算例分析表明,该优化设计方法不仅可以保证可靠性指标的要求,而且设计效率高,收敛速度快。
Rib has been used to strengthen the stability of the shen of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV). In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional design method, this paper establishes a model for rib's fuzzy reliability optimization design based on genetic algorithm( GA), integrating three methods of the safety coefficient design, the reliability optimization design and the fuzzy reliability optimization into the model. A AUV shell, design case is presented, and the result shows that this method can not only meet reliability requirement, but also has higher convergence speed and design efficiency, compared to the traditional methods.
