摘要
肿瘤细胞的增殖率是决定肿瘤生物学行为的重要参数。本实验用LSAB免疫组织化学方法研究了食管上皮从正常──单纯增生──不典型增生──原位癌──浸润癌多阶段过程中PCNA表达情况和PCNA表达与肿瘤分化程度的关系,并与AgNoRs计数进行直线相关分析。结果表明:PCNA标记指数和AgNoRs与癌分化程度间均存在反变关系,前者有统计学意义,后者则无。二项指标间有较好的直线正相关。癌前各阶段病变PCNA标记率依次增高,各级之间差异显著,可为筛选癌前病变和发现早期癌制定一个较客观的量比标准。
The proliferate rate of tumer cell is an important parameter determinjng biologicall behavior of tumor. In this experiment, so cases of esophageal squamous ecll carcinoma(ESSC)and the epithelia adjacent to ESSC were studied using semiquantitive labelled streptavidin biotin(LSAB).immwnohistochemical staiming method, and wing argyrephilyc nucleolar organizer regions(AgNoRs)associated protein technique. There were a negative correlation between the PCNA-inedx or AgNoRs-counting and the degree of tissue differentiation A good pesitive linear correlation was found between the mean number of AgNoRs per nucleus and the percentage of PCNA-positive cell. The PCNA-labelling-Index increased progressively in the precancerous change of esophagus including simple hyperplasies, dysplasia and carcinoma in situ, and tho difference were significant,which enabled us make a objective criteria for precancerous lesions.
