摘要
执政合法性是政治统治的基本要素,是执政者“合法”行使权力或施行统治的重要前提,也是法治得以维系的条件。面临新形势和新问题,中国共产党原有的执政合法性资源在一定程度上有所流失。拓展执政合法性资源,必须依法规范执政党的行为,建构依法执政的制度基础。
Legitimacy is a basic element of political ruling, an important precondition for rulers to ＂legally＂ exercise power or practice ruling, also an important condition to maintain rule of law, Under the new situation and facing the new problems, the original political legitimacy recourses of CPC have been dissolved to a certain extent. To broaden those recourses, we must restrain the power of the ruling party and construct ruling bases according to law.
