摘要
目前我国的国有企业正在进行如火如荼的改革,究竟怎样改革,以什么样的方式进行改革是现今学术界讨论的热点,通过研究国有企业的引入及其性质,进一步研究和探讨我国国有企业的发展历程、存在问题、改革方向,对我国国有企业改革的实践具有借鉴作用。
At present, how to reform the state - owned enterprise and what kind of reform should be carried out is a hot topic in academic field. This article researches the introduction and nature of state - owned enterprise and its developing course, existing problems as well as the reform direction, which has reference value to the practice of reform.
