银行法是社会经济生活发展到一定阶段的必然产物,它从一开始便是作为宏观调控法的一个组成部分而存在和发展的。银行法具有宏观调控法的典型特征,宏观调控是银行法的基本属性。
The bank law is an inevitable result that the social economic life develops into certain stage; it exists and develops as a component of the law of macro adjustments and controls from the beginning. The bank law has the typical characteristic of the law of macro adjustments and controls; macro adjustments and controls is the basic attribute of the hank law.
