摘要
在我国,数以亿计的农民工为经济和社会发展作出了不可替代的巨大贡献。然而他们却成了处境艰难的“边缘人”,其合法权益得不到有效保护,主要表现在劳动就业权、社会保障权、教育发展权、民主政治权、迁徙自由权、自由结社权等方面。在法治社会,对农民工权益保护最终要依靠法律手段来实现。为此必须进一步完善法律法规体系、成立正式维权组织、强化行政监察职能、健全仲裁诉讼机制、建立法律援助制度。
Thousands of peasant laborers in China have made a great contribution for the development of economy and society.But they are in a devil of hole and become fringe men whose legal rights and interests can＇t be protected effeetively.These rights and interests contain employment right,social security right,education right and right to development,democratic right ,right of migrating freedom,right of free association and so on .In society of law,the protection for rights and interests of peasant laborers sbould be archived by law.So,the government should perfect the system of laws and regulations,construct formal organization of rights safeguarding,strengthen function of supervising government administration,complete mechanism of arbitration and lawsuit and set up system of legal aid.
