食管癌组织中胸苷磷酸化酶和微血管密度检测

摘要 目的:探讨食管癌组织中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达情况及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测经病理证实的48例食管癌组织、24例食管不典型增生组织和24例正常食管黏膜组织中TP的表达情况,并进行微血管计数,计算MVD。结果:食管癌组织中TP阳性表达率为81.25%(39/48),高于正常食管黏膜组织的8.33%(2/24)和不典型增生组织的41.67%(10/24)(χ2=35.848,P<0.01)。TP表达与食管癌患者的年龄、肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度均无关(P>0.05);但与淋巴转移有关(P<0.01)。食管癌组织MVD高于正常组织和不典型增生组织,且TP表达阳性的食管癌组织MVD高于阴性者。结论:TP是食管癌血管形成和维持的重要因子。 Aim: To explore the expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) in esophageal carcinoma tissue and its significance. Methods : The expressions of TP and MVD in 48 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissue, 24 cases of tumor borderline tissue and 24 cases of normal esophageal tissue were detected using SP immunohistochemistry technique. ResUltS: In esophageal carcinoma tissue,the positive expression rate of TP was 81.25% (39/48) , significantly higher than those of normal gastric tissue (8.33% (2/24)) and tumor borderline tissue (41.67% ( 10/24 ) ) (X^2 = 35. 848, P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of TP was not correlated with the age, the degree of differentiation, or the depth of invasion, but correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ). MVD of esophageal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than those of normal gastric tissue and tumor borderline tissue. MVD of patients with positive TP expression was significantly higher than those with TP negative expression. Conclusion: TP may play an important role in tumor angiogenesis.
