高碳转化率下热解神府煤焦-CO_2高温气化反应性 被引量:25

Gasification reactivity of rapid and slow pyrolyzed Shenfu chars with CO_2 at high carbon conversions and elevated temperatures

摘要 用热天平等温热重法研究了6种不同热解速率和热解终温的神府煤焦在反应温度1 200℃~1 400℃的CO2气化反应性。研究了高碳转化率下,反应温度、热解终温和热解速率对快速和慢速热解焦高温反应性的影响。结果表明,快速热解焦比慢速热解焦的反应性好;随气化温度的提高,煤焦反应性的总体趋势增强,反应温度1 300℃~1 400℃时,3种快速热解焦的反应速率出现重叠;碳转化率为90%~98%时,慢速和快速热解焦的平均表观活化能为59.64 kJ/mol^105.92 kJ/mol和34.47 kJ/mol^40.87 kJ/mol,且气化反应以扩散控制步骤为主。 The gasification reaction characteristics of coal chars with CO2 at high carbon conversion were investigated by means of an isothermal thermo-gravimetric analysis at ambient pressure and at temperatures from 1 200 ℃ to 1 400 ℃. The effects of gasification temperatures, heating rate and pyrolysis temperature on the gasification reactivity of coal chars were examined. The gasification reactivity of rapid pyrolyzed chars is found to be higher than that of slow pyrolyzed chars, and the general gasification reactivity of chars increases with gasification temperature. The gasification rate of rapid pyrolyzed chars is almost the same at gasification temperatures from 1 300 ℃ to 1 400 ℃. In addition, the ranges of the average apparent activation energies of slow and rapid pyrolyzed chars at the carbon conversion between 34.47 kJ/mol - 40.87 kJ/mol, respectively, which 90% and 98% are 59. 64 kJ/mol - 105. 92 kJ/mol and indicates that the gasification reactions have been controlled by gas diffusion.
