摘要 介绍远紫外圆二色光谱数据计算蛋白质二级结构的原理、方法、实验技术。应用圆二色谱原理、方法、实验技术研究α-葡萄糖苷酶与化合物的相互作用,初步提出酶被化合物抑制的机理。 The principles, methods and experimental techniques for the determination of the protein secondary structure with Far-ultraviolet (UV) circular dichroism data are introduced. The interaction between enzyme (α- glucosidase) and several compounds were investigated. The inhibitory mechanism of enzyme on α-glucosidase was discussed.
