摘要
我们用HRP逆行标记的方法,发现大鼠背侧第一排第2、3、4、根触须的运动神经元全部集中在面神经核外侧亚核的最外侧部和腹外侧部,标记细胞数为:36.44±10.96(x±s,n=12)。为面神经定向再生的研究提供了一种简便、客观。
e used HRP retrograde tracing method to label motor neurons of rat vibrissae in the first dorsal row(2-4),The results showed:All labeled cell bodies were present in the most lateral and ventrolateral parts of lateral subnuclei, The number of labeled neurons was 36.44±10.96(x±s,n=12).This may be a siaple,objective,reliable mthod for studying orientational reqeneration of facial nerve.
