摘要
目的探讨正常成人不同年龄段简单反应时的正常范围,揭示反应时规律,为人群检测反应时提供依据。方法采用北京大学仪器厂生产的反应时测定仪对内蒙古通辽市200名不同年龄段、不同职业、不同学历的正常健康者进行光、声反应时的检测分析。结果反应速度随年龄增加而减慢,≥40a与<40岁的不同年龄段反应时均值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),≥50a的各年龄段之间简单反应时均值无显著性差异(P>0.05),反应速度与职业无关,与学历有一定相关性。结论不同年龄段简单反应时的正常范围不同,反应速度随年龄增加而减慢。
Objective To explore normal range of simple reaction time（RT） in different age＇ adult normal, reveal the rule of RT, and provide foundation for adult normal to test RT. Methods Using RT radiometer made by Beijing university detected 200 healthy persons with different age ,different occupation and different educational background in Tongliao of Inner Mogolia. Light and sound RT were analyzed. Results The reaction velocity stepped down with years of age increasing. Mean of RT had significant difference（P〈0.05） between age more than 40 years and less than 40 years. RT of persons whose age were more than 50 years had no difference. Conclusion The normal range of simple RT is different at different age. With years of age increasing, the reaction velocity stepped down.
