摘要
针对高速公路养护管理部门如何利用有限的养护资金进行路面中长期养护问题进行了研究和探讨,结合国外在路面管理系统方面的最新研究成果,提出采用效果-费用比值作为效益指标,建立了高速公路路面养护的整数规划模型,并采用SCE算法对模型进行求解。对该算法的原理,计算步骤和关键部分进行了详细的论述,最后给出了实例加以验证。
This paper focuses on this problem and makes some research on the problem how expressway management agent makes use of limited budget to keep the road in a good condition in a long time. In this paper, a new integrated optimization procedure was developed to solve pavement preservation programming problems through cost effectiveness-based evolutionary programming analysis, using a new algorithm called the Shuffled Complex Evolution (SCE) algorithm. Then, the principle, steps and key component of the algorithm were explained in detail. Finally, an example is given to verify the effect of the algorithm.
