摘要
合理地评估公路企业竞争力,以便为企业制定竞争战略,是一个值得关注的问题.文中以我国上市公路企业为对象,建立了公路企业竞争力评估的多指标体系和综合指标,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,提出了公路企业竞争力评估方法.研究表明,该方法可以有效评估公路企业竞争力,通过对企业竞争力影响因素分析,能够确定公路企业的竞争策略.
It is worthy to pay attention to the problem how to rationally evaluate the competitive performance of highway companies in order to establish a competitive strategy . The multi index and comprehensive index of the competitive performance of highway companies are proposed in this paper. Analytic Hierarch Process (AHP) is applied to calculate the weights of multi index. The evaluation model of competitive performance of highway companies is presented based on AHP. An illustrated example is given. The results show that the model can efficiently evaluate the competitive performance of highway companies. The competitive strategy can be set up if some factors influencing the competitive performance of highway companies are analyzed.
