摘要
采用离子交换水解法制备出粒径小(20 nm)、颗粒均匀的纳米TiO2粉末.利用阴离子交换树脂去除TiCl4溶液中的氯离子得到了TiO2溶胶,然后经过干燥、煅烧可得到纳米级的TiO2粉末.实验结果表明该法能够有效地将氯离子去除干净,简化了制备流程,缩短了制备时间.通过对橙黄Ⅱ的光催化降解实验,考察了制备过程中所用TiCl4溶剂、除氯离子程度、干燥方式、煅烧温度等因素对TiO2粉末光催化活性的影响,确定了最佳的制备条件.
In this research, a novel method of ionic exchange-hydrolysis was applied to prepare TiO2 nanoparticles with uniform small size(20 nm). First, TiO2 sol was prepared by removing chloride ion in TICl4 solution using anion-exchange resin, and then it was dried and calcined to obtain crystalline nano- TiO2. The results show that the chloride ions can be removed efficiently by this simple dechlorination method and the preparation period was short. The effects of solvent, removal extent of chloride ion, drying method and calcination temperature on the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 product were investigated by photocatalytic degradation experiment of AO7 dye, and the optimal preparation condition was finnally found.
