摘要
铁路货物运输在国民经济增长和发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用,而装车地直达运输是一种现代和高效的车流组织形式。它不但能够加快货物送达、加速车辆周转,而且可以减轻编组站作业负担、降低运输成本。本文对装车地直达列车开行方案问题进行了研究。在分析组织装车地直达列车的可能性、合理性及费用参数选择的基础上,构建了装车地直达列车开行方案非线性0-1规划模型。模型中充分考虑了车流在装车地的各种组合方案,并将运输与库存成本纳入同一目标函数,以物流系统成本最优来确定货物列车开行方案。构建的模型能够更全面地描述装车地车流的各种组合,最后给出的构模实例对模型的有效性、合理性进行了验证。
Rail freight transportation plays a more and more important role in the growth and development of the national economy. Wagon loading by through trains from the place of loading contributes to the modern and highly efficient way of car flow organization. It can speed up goods forwarding and receiving, accelerate car turn-round, lighten operation burdens at marshalling yards and reduce transportation costs. This paper addresses the problem of direct freight train service. A nonlinear 0-1 programming model is established for organizing through freight trains in consideration of cost parameters and the rationality and feasibility of optimizing the direct train service. The proposed model combines comprehensive organizing schemes of car flows, includes the transportation and stock costs into the same objective function and determines the freisht train scheduling plan on the basis of optimized logistics system costs. An example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
