摘要
日本在大气污染控制、水污染控制和固体废弃物管理方面制定了一系列法律法规、排放标准,并形成了较完善的环境健康安全体系,有效的遏制了环境的恶化,成为世界上环境保护工作做得较好的国家之一,给正在加紧发展建设中的发展中国家以许多启示。
The Japanese government promulgated a series of laws and emission standards about the control of the air and water pollution and the management of the solid waste, built up the corresponding environment health safety system, so that the environmental deterioration was kept within limits effectively. Today Japan is one of the best countries in the environmental protection. The methods of settling the pollution can be an inspiration to the developing countries that are busy with construction.
