数字低速涡轮流量变送器的研究

摘要 为克服常规的涡轮流量变送器工作寿命短,小流量时抗干扰能力差等缺点,进一步提高涡轮流量变送器的性能,采用内磁结构叶轮和不锈钢滑动轴承,用高灵敏干簧管或微型霍尔数字位置敏感元件检测叶轮的转速,研制成功了数字低速涡轮流量变送器。这种变送器的输出信号为矩形脉冲,其幅度与叶轮的转速无关,无需信号放大器和设置信号计数触发阈,抗干扰能力极强;叶轮在低速下转动,转动摩擦损失小,极大提高了使用寿命,扩大了线性范围。对于Dg50数字低速涡轮流量变送器,流量的下限约低于同口径的常规涡轮流量变送器的30%。这种涡轮流量变送器尤为适用于要求工作寿命长和噪声干扰大的场合。 The advantages of turbine flow rate transmitter are of good accuracy and wide range of linearity etc., but there are defects of short working life and weak ability for resisting noise etc.. To overcome these defects and develop the characters of turbine flow rate transmitter, one type of digital and low rotation speed turbine flow rate transmitter has been developed. It consists of a body, a rotor with six pieces of small magnets and a small spring tube which is used to detect the rotational speed of the rotor. The output signal is a series of the rectangular pulses. Its size doesn't depend on the flow rate. The instrument doesn't need the amplifier and adjusting threshold value. It has a very good ability for resisting noise and good accuracy. The another advantage of this turbine transmitter is of long working life and wide range of linearity. This type of transmitter is specifically suited to the occasions where long working life of the transmitter is in need and there is strong noise.
