摘要
记述了锚首虫科Ancyrocephalidae单殖吸虫中国2新记录属、2新纪录种,即嗜丽鱼虫属CichlidogyrusPaperna,1960,几丁嗜丽鱼虫CichlidogyrussclerosusPaperna&Thurston,1969;盾形片虫属ScutogyrusPariselle&Euzet,1995,长角盾形片虫Scutogyruslongicornis(Paperna&Thurston,1969)Pariselle&Euzet,1995。对新纪录属种作了新的形态描述并给出特征图。围绕此2属分类学地位的争议性问题,结合分子系统学的研究作以下推测:其一,盾形片虫属可能应与嗜丽鱼虫属合并;其二,鉴于28SrDNA变异较小,2属可能是最近才分化出的两个分类单元,并处在物种形成活跃期。
Cichlidogyrus Paperna, 1960 and Scutogyrus Pariselle ＆ Euzet, 1995 （Monogenea, Ancyrocephalidae） are reported in China for the first time, with the descriptions of two newly recorded species, Cichlidogyrus sclerosus Paperna ＆ Thurston, 1969 and Scutogyrus longicornis （ Paperna ＆ Thurston, 1969） Pariselle ＆ Euzet, 1995. Both species were parasitized on gills of a hybrid tilapia of Orechromis aureus （S.） ♂ and Orechromis niloticus （L.） ♀, which were collected in March 2004, from Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. Morphological descriptions, features, parasitological biology and distributions study. Discussions about are provided in the present the controversial taxonomic problems of these two genera are given using the morphological and previous molecular evidences- 1 ） Scutogyrus might be treated as the synonym of Cichlidogyrus because of the notably low divergence of the D1-D2 LSU rDNA; or 2） these two genera are diverged recently and under radiation separately, considering the low divergence between their D1-D2 LSU rDNA sequences and their same/similar parasite-host associations.
