摘要
研制了一种新的以铁屑为电极材料的电解装置,用于印染废水的处理。讨论了各种因素对电能消耗、处理效果的影响。在合适的电解条件下,废水处理效果和电能消耗与用铁板为电极的装置相接近。
A new electrolytic cell in which the electrodes are made of scrap iron is studied and used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. All sort of factors which effected energy consumption and treatment effect is discussed. The experimental resulls show that under the suitable conditions, the wastewater treatment effect and energy consumption for scrap iron cell are similar that for the iron plate electrodes cell, at the same time, the investment and operation cost are reduce by a half.
