摘要
分析了市场经济对图书馆造成的冲击，并指出在市场经济条件下，高校图书馆在确保为教学与科研服务的前提下，应挖掘潜力，开发信息产品，开展信息服务。
The impact of market economy on the library is analysized, and it is proposed that under the circumanstance of the market economy, the college and university library should tap the potential to develop the information product and carry out the information service on precondition of ensuring the service for the scholastic education and scientific research, and it is also a good way for library to be free from the current predicaments.
