摘要
本文通过对高职高专图书馆馆员素质滞后因素分析,从加强馆员培训管理、建立有效管理机制、完善人才管理体制三个方面论述了提高馆员素质的相应对策。参考文献8。
Through analysing the quality lagging factors of college Librarians, the paper elaborates the corresponding strategy to improve the quality of librarians from three aspects, that is, strenghtening Librarians training management ,establishing efficient management machanism and perfecting the system of human resources management.
