摘要 目的:观察乳腺癌组织中Bubl表达概况,探讨Bubl蛋白在乳腺癌中表达水平及意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测50例乳腺癌中Bubl蛋白的表达。结果:正常乳腺组织Bubl蛋白阳性表达率为84%,癌组织中阳性表达率为46%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Bubl表达与癌组织分化、腑窝淋巴结转移、复发和转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Bubl蛋白表达异常是乳腺癌产生的机制之一,与乳腺癌的发生发展有关。 Objective: To observe the expression of Bub1 protein in breast cancer tissues and evaluate its clinical signifi cance. Methods; Immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate Bub1 protein levels in a panel of 50 cases with breast cancer. Results: The positive rate of Bubl expression in normal and breast cancer tissues was 84% and 46%, respectively. There was significant difference between breast normal tissue and breast cancer tissue (P〈0.05). Bub1 expression was related to the differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and recurrence of breast cancer (P〈(0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of Bub1 protein is one of the mechanisms responsible for breast carcinogenesis. It is related to initiation and progression of breast cancer.
