摘要
目的观察两种肠道清洁方法在螺旋CT结肠仿真内窥镜成像中的清洁效果及总结护理经验。方法对26例接受螺旋CT结肠仿真内窥镜检查的病人随机分为口服硫酸镁组(11例)和肠道灌洗组(15例)进行肠道准备,均采用低张充气法将肠道充分充盈后进行螺旋CT仿真内窥结肠成像扫描,比较肠道清洁后充气效果、成像质量和不良反应的发生率。结果两组都能够达到良好的肠道清洁目的,口服导泻法比灌洗法有更好的耐受性,注气效果也更好。结论口服硫酸镁清洁肠道结合低张灌气检查能够成功清洁、充盈肠道。
Objective To study the cleaning effect and nursing points of two kinds of low-tension elyster for CT colon imaging. Methods Twenty six patients were randomly divided into the MgSO4 group and enema group. After the low-tension clyster of CT colon imaging, the dilation, quality of imaging and side effects were compared. Results The effects of two groups were both good. MgSO4was more tolerated and more easily operated. Conclusion MgSO4 low-tension clyster for CT colon imaging can clean and expand colon effectively.
