摘要
目的探讨食道癌术后急性呼吸衰竭的护理措施。方法分析8例食道癌术后合并急性呼吸衰竭的临床资料,总结术前、术后的护理要点。结果除1例死亡,其余7例康复出院。结论术前、术后肺功能测定及血流动力学监测,术后保持呼吸道通畅,积极控制感染,做好心理护理和康复指导是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To discuss the nursing measures for patients with acute respiratory failure after esophageal cancer operation. Method The clinical data of eight patients with acute respiratory failure after esophageal cancer operation were analyzed and the nursing points of before and after operation were summarized. Results All patients recovered except that one was dead. Conclusion Monitoring pulmonary ventilation function and blood gas analysis before and after operation, keeping the airway clear, controlling infections, and giving psychological nursing and health education were the key points for successful salvage.
