海湾扇贝苗运输环境条件的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在实验室条件下,研究了温度和湿度对海湾扇贝苗存活的影响;又结合生产性运输,研究了温度、溶解氧、运输季节和贝苗规格对运输贝苗存活的影响。提出了运输包装贝苗方法:12h以内的运输,用干贮法;12~18h以内,用淋贮法;18~21h以内,用水贮帆布桶法;21~34h内,用水贮保温箱法。运输贝苗的主要条件是:低温(6~15℃),高湿度或足够的溶解氧,适宜季节(5月下旬至6月上旬),适宜贝苗规格。还讨论了运输贝苗死亡与运输操作、贝苗质量、环境污染的关系。 The effects of temperature and moisture on the survival for Bay Scallop Argopecten irradians Lamarck juvenile have been studied in the lab. During the commercial juvenile transports, the effect of temperature,dissoved oxygen,transport season and juvenile size on the survival during the transport process has been investigated. The methods of packing juvenile for transport were reported: the transport time in 12h, by air storage; during 12-18h, by sprinkling storage; during 18-21h,by water storage with the canvas bucket;during 21~34h,by water storage with the heat preservation box. The key conditions of transport juvenile are:low temperature (6~15℃),high moisture,sufficient dissolved oxygen,good season(May 20~June 10) and suitable juvenile size. Meanwhile,the juvenile death reasons of juvenile quality and environmental pollution during the transport operation, were discussed.
