摘要
目的:规范药品广告行为。方法:通过国家食品药品监督管理局(SFDA)网上基础数据库对12种药学专业期刊的药品广告进行调查。结果:调查广告共计101个品种,不合格率为51·49%。违法广告主要表现为内容不符、广告批准文号过期、未标注广告批准文号及广告批准文号错误等。结论:政府相关部门应加强广告审核力度和基础数据库维护,广告经营商应依法发布广告。
OBJECTIVE: To standardize drug advertising behavior.METHODS:Drug advertisements in 12 kinds of pharmaceutical periodicals were investigated through the State Food & Drug Administration(SFDA) online database.RESULTS: The advertisements totaled 101 varieties, of which, 51.49% failed to meet the standard.The illegal drug advertisements characterized by inconformity in contents, overdue, unmarked or wrong of license No., etc .CONCLUSION:Our government should tighten controls on the examination and verifying of advertisements and the data base maintenance .Meanwhile, the advertisement businesses should pwblish advertisements in accordance with the law.
