摘要
目的：评价我院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药的应用现状和趋势。方法：对我院2002年～2005年癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果：癌症患者三阶梯止痛用药金额、用药频度均逐年增加；吗啡类制剂逐渐成为癌症止痛药的主流；缓控释制剂价格偏高。结论：我院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗趋于合理，建议进一步加强癌症患者三阶梯止痛宣传，合理调控价格。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and the tendency of three-stage analgestics for patients with cancer in our hospitals. METHODS：The use of three- stage analgestics for patients with cancer during the period 2002-2005 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect to consumption sum, DDDs and average daily costs, etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of three -stage analgesics increased year on year, of which, morphine and related drugs had gradually dominated the first places. The prices of sustained and controlled release preparations were high. CONCLUSION： The use of three- stage analgestics for patients with cancer in our hospital was rational on the whole, yet the application of three- stage analgestic therapy for pain relief in cancer patients should be further publicized.
