摘要
从电力市场降损、节能、增效的要求出发,阐述了电网损耗的构成,对线损偏高的原因进行了分析,并从技术和管理两方面提出了降低线损的措施,得出“要降损增效,技术改造是基础,管理是关键”的结论。
Proceeding from the requests of loss reduction, energy saving and efficiency iraprovement for dectricity market, the composition of grid losses is elaborated, the, reasons that line loss is on the high side are analyzed, the technical and control measures to reduce line loss are put forward, and finally the conclusion that the technique reformation is a foundation and the management is a key for reducing the loss and improving the effieiency is obtained.
